It's a rabbit hole. Get help before youfall any furthe rinto it, or else at least, being fully honest to the last extent, find out for yourself form someone how it can get worse and just how much deeper it can go.
I hsouldn't be self harming neither. Gonna speak to my therapist. Admit that there was something that happened a long time ago that I should admit.
