You would do well not to have any high expectations of how things might go with your ex. He is an ex for a reason. More times than not, a rekindling only brings up the problems that caused the split in the first place. Perhaps it is time to find greener pastures and forget about the past. Alcohol tends to bring out the worse in people and is a great liar in the face of the truth.
