A Religion confession
I'm from a christian family in india.
i converted to islam in 2005 because i thought it was THE TRUTH.
i followed the rules because i believed the reeligion was truly from GOD.
and now i'm a fucking atheist and it feels good to tell the world I HATE ISLAM because it is a fucking perverted religion and i hate the way women are treated. their rules are bullshit only wanting to stifle the female and keep her lower than men.
i didn't know that that bastard muhammad raped women in front of their husbands and fathers and brothers and directed all his followers to do the same.
HOW CAN I ALLOW SUCH A RELIGION A PLACE IN MY LIFE BEING A WOMAN MYSELF??????
I HAVE MANY NON MUSLIM FRIENDS AND IF ANY MAN, MUSLIM OR NOT TOUCHED MY BEST FREIND JUST COZ SHE BECAME PART OF 'WAR BOOTY' I'D FUCKING KILL HIM AND THEN CUT HIM TO PIECES OR SOMETHING EVEN WORSE IF I CAN THINK IT UP.

I think that as long as a person has a good "heart" his/her moral habits and religious habits will compliment each other. I see and hear of religious people, of all faiths, who do horrible things. And i also know of "non believers" who happen to be amazing, kind hearted individuals.
It all boils down to who a person is and what path they are willing to follow. Religion is there to connect you to God and keep Him present throughout your living experience in a way that's kindred to you and the people who practice that specific form of faith.
But what if loving God, respecting Him ..and Just living life the best way you know how is enough?
Nobody can say they know for sure that God wants them to do certain religious ceremonies or that women must be this and and men must be that way etc so God will love them any more than the other. We're alive so we can experience living (good, bad, in-between).Life would be a lot easier if we just loved and respected God and those around us whilst living our lives rather that continuously questioning how it should be done and which way to do it. Do it your way and let others do it their way.

Hmm, I guess you have been around a bad Muslim community. You should know that there are extremist and non-extremist Muslim. Muslim people should treat anyone, any gender, any race with respect. You must have not find the REAL Truth of Muslim religion. By the way how long have you been a Muslim until you feel this way. Religion is not an easy thing. Nobody can learn or understand any religion in a short period of time. It will take years, actually you have to learn religion for the rest of your life.
In Muslim religion, Muslim woman are protected, guarded and treated like precious gems as well as being lead by men, so that's why people may think that woman are not equals to men and they are at the lower position. A Muslim women, for a example a Muslim wife, she should feel as if she were like the Queen of the family. Don't you know that a real Muslim husbands, they have to do all the housework, taking care of the family, provide food and money for their family? All husband's wealth and money are hers as well. As a wife, she should just sit and relax at home and enjoy herself like a Queen and let her husband do all the work, but not like being bossy or a control freak. It's a common sense, when people being nice to you, you should be nice to them as well. That is a true Muslim life should be.
You should find a true Muslim woman or women and learn the religion from their perspective and experiences.
