A Friends & Family confession
So my friends exboyfriend of two weeks just called me. He is trying to commit suicide. It's 2 in the morning now, and I let him off the phone after he made promises to me.. I can't tell if that was stupid. I should just call the cops and let them deal with it. Oh fuck, I am that fucking person who hears about this all the time and still fucks it up. He promised me he would get help and tell his mother. Fuck. Fuck, I shouldn't have believed him. Omfg I'm so stupid. I need to call someone even if means betraying him. Fuck me.

If anyone ever informs you that they plan to commit suicide you must report it immediately and get them the help they need immediately. You are not betraying anyone - their life is worth more than your promise or potential friendship.
