you get hepatitis from eating poop usually , or swapping body fluids with people allready infected ... being youre a guy , having sex with other guys is probably going to involve all kinds of fecal oral transfer ...

Just go to the docs and get yourself sorted. I don't tell my parents anything - some things can be hidden easily :)
