A Strange confession
I'm a Taiwanese woman. I grew up in a very secluded environment. I had my first sexual relation when I was 22 and even then the only nude people I had seen were my two sisters. We all have very long nipples so I always thought that all women had them like that.
I moved to the US at the age of 23 and like many people who come from other cultures, I opened myself to sex for a few years. Once here, I had a total of 8 sexual partners including my now-husband. Often I was told that they really liked my breasts which was strange to me because they're very small (I'm a size A).
It wasn't until I was 25 that I found out that my nipples were actually special. :) I started going to the gym in my local YMCA and the first time I took a shower there, I was shocked to discover that I was the one who looked different. I finally understood why guys found my breasts attractive.

Over time mine have become much longer due to getting a lot of oral suction. Also use a long tube for them to fit in and then pump a vacuum to about 10 inch Hg or 5 psi. Hold the vacuum for ten to fifteen minutes and then rest for about thirty min. Start the vacuum again an pump to about fifteen inches HG for one to two min to fully engorge and actually stretch the tissues a little. Then reduce the vacuum to about ten inches HG and just wear them around the house for an hour or so. Doing this two to three times a week for several months will defiantly cause permanent growth. It's very slow but will work. Three years ago mine could be pulled to about an inch and a half. Now they very easily pull to over three and a half. I also have increased the diameter from less than one inch to over two inches. They are a a real mouth full. Yes I can suck them myself.
I love to suck them. I get the good feeling of them being sucked and also I like sucking anyway.

Well being male I can tell you that as most men are fascinated with large breasts, so am I.
But a long set of nipples is the most important feature I find on a woman's breast.
I have no gag reflex so the longer the better.
Size, "FF to A" I'll take the longest nipples in the room regardless of the size of the boobs.
I'm very oral.
I too old for almost anyone reading this but as a general statement, "If you have longer than average nipples I'm in love!" If you have nipples three to five inches long, "I'm in love."
