Guys are d****

I dated this guy over the summer I fell EXTREMELY hard for. We worked together and were in band together. He made me feel wanted, which was something I was dying for. However, my family, friends, and coworkers all thought I was too nice and good for him, but I was blind to this fact. Throughout the relationship, he would do insensitive things to me, but the sad part was, he was oblivious to his mistakes! Finally I just got mentally and emotionally exhausted and hurt from it. I tried to tell him I can't handle it anymore and he justs says he can't change who he is. He then proceeds to tell me he just quit caring. Heart Break number one of my junior year. Then another guy comes along (who is actually friends with heart breaker #1). He seems super sweet and caring. He tells me the things I want and need to hear. I fall for him. We begin talking.. But then another girl comes along. This girl is his best friend and she confesses that she likes him. He then ends it with me.. It hasn't even been a week and they are dating. Heart Break number 2.

  • So you know this guy had a female best friend, and you thought you were going to come between them. There is a lot more to this story I bet. I can probably imagine the way you treated the best friend as well.
You can't beat history, thats just a fact. New is exciting for a moment, but history trumps it always.
