Did I just f*** up?
So my friends exboyfriend of two weeks just called me. He is trying to commit suicide. It's 2 in the morning now, and I let him off the phone after he made promises to me.. I can't tell if that was stupid. I should just call the cops and let them deal with it. Oh f***, I am that f****** person who hears about this all the time and still f**** it up. He promised me he would get help and tell his mother. F***. F***, I shouldn't have believed him. Omfg I'm so stupid. I need to call someone even if means betraying him. F*** me.

If anyone ever informs you that they plan to commit suicide you must report it immediately and get them the help they need immediately. You are not betraying anyone - their life is worth more than your promise or potential friendship.
