I'm really f****** tired.

I'm always f****** tired..

Whether it be physical... or mental.

I am just so ....f******......tired...

I wanna go to sleep...

Forever.

But I have to babysit.

  • Start eating right. I'm often depressed and exhausted as well, and I found on the days that I eat better/healthier, my mental energy and physical energy goes up, and my mood improves dramatically. You'd be amazed at what a few fruits & veggies will do for you.

    I take a vitamin...

    But I dont know the iron content in it.

    if you're a vegetarian then...get your iron levels checked, since you're not eating meat. I have low iron too, and the main thing is fatigue...also, trouble concentrating... cold hands/feet... do you get tired doing simple things like going up/down stairs too? Those are signs of low iron levels too...

    I sleep SO much..

    I think because I sleep so much I'm constantly tired.

    But I dunno...

    That reminds me of my old self.

    I'm not depressed anymore.

    I just get the regular downs like everyone else.

    But, I used to be depressed ALL the time...

    They tried puting me on some meds, they didnt really do much.

    So, I guess things got better for me with time?

    I dunno...

    You know what's nuts?

    I have to babysit my nephew and niece.

  • wow, did i have a lapse of memory and forget i posted this? i swear it could have come from my own mouth. i am tired CONSTANTLY and i don't want to do anything but lay around. but I, too, have had to babysit this past summer and while it is my adorable nephews i still have to fight to get up and go.

    i think part of my problem is that i am overweight and i don't exercise or eat right. but i've also had depression since 2002, so that doesn't help. i take medication for it, but it doesn't pep me up much, although at the beginning of summer, i lay in bed pretty much all day, then when my dosage was increased, i was able to stay up better.

    have you been to the dr. to rule out any physical or mental problem that could be causing your tiredness?
