Could be a number of things or nothing at all. Maybe you're asexual or just haven't met someone that you have a connection with. Maybe it's something deeper..maybe you're scared of what you will feel, if you allow yourself to feel. Do you have problems expressing yourself? You say you don't "like" it, but do you get turned on? Meaning, it could be all in your head and your body reacts normally to touch. Therapy could help.
