Drink a f***-ton of water. Also, adding citrus juices to your daily intake WILL make it taste sweeter.

There are also some vitamins that will affect your load. L-Arginine = Volume, L-Lysine = sperm count, Zinc = sperm health. You should be able to find some of those in a health food store.

Also, don't smoke.
