I may be pregnant. False positives are a thing, right?
Don't have an abortion. If you don't want the baby putit up for adoption.
Don't force your belief about abortions on to others. She can choose whatever she wants. Its not your life, its hers. You aren't going to be living with this decision, no matter what she chooses, she is. Don't try to dictate her life.
Ok first of all, to corret the people that think they know what they are talking about, NO false positives are NOT common. They are fairly rare. Check more then once to make sure. False negatives are very common though, not so much for positives. Please know what you are talking about before giving information to other people. if you are pregnant, you have a 1 in 4 chance of a miscarriage. About 25% of pregnancies are chemical pregnancies(miscarriages). Do what you think you must and is best for you. If you decide to have an abortion, make sure you learn from this experience. Don't have unprotected s**, plain and simple. I think most people should be responsible in their actions and potential consequences. Best of luck!
Sorry did mine come up as a reply to the first comment? Woops!
There's nothing wrong with having an abortion either! Just don't trick yourself into believing you want a baby when you didn't plan it... If you really wanted a child, you would have planned it
Yes, this, absolutely. Don't bring one into the world if you do not want it. Too many lives start that way and it brings nothing but pain for everyone involved. There is no shame in abortion, it's a good solution if that's what you need. And yes, false positives are common. Love to you, I might be in the same situation myself, but we are serious about no kids so there is no question for me of what will happen.
Yes, there are such things as false positives: they happen all the time. To be sure, go see your OB-GYN.
Who is the baby's dad? Congrats
