Dear Mom and Dad
I am all grown up now. I love you more now that I am a mother and understand parenting. I do however need to let you know that my entire childhood was lonely and I never felt loved or part of the family. When I was growing up I wished you both dead and prayed that you would just let me go and forget about me. Now that I have my own family the wounds have healed for the most part. I am the opposite of you and lavish my kids with praise and attention. If you ever wonder why I went wild as a teenager this is why. Love, your daughter
