why cant i stop

i went out with this amazing person and i was never happier. But then she dumped me and i was destroyed. Now i have a new girlfriend but im not half as happy with her. I still think about her all the time and i feel like such a b*****d for what im doing to my current girlfriend. But i just cant stop thinking about her :(
