Worrying and Scared for the Boys

I am still worried and scared for theses boys out here in this world that we living in right now. Some of them are victims who are scared to get help and cannot escaped because there's no way out. I keep reading about a single mom saying she's fine with her teenage daughter hurting and abusing her brothers at home and boys at school by going for the testicles(hit, kick, punch and squeeze) which i do not agree with. And also I am scared whats going to happened to other victims next. What were your fears and thoughts about this, tell the truth?
