i wish i didnt
i have a shoplifting problem
i stole when i was gr 5
and occansionally after that
but not anymore
i feel so terrible
i know to make this right are to return the stuff but isnt true that you will get a record on it?
i dont know wht else to do i feel so bad
and the worst thing my parents know about the stealing around the first times and they are so dissapointed
what should i do
Simple: stop stealing. Everytime you go to grab that thing you see, just restrict yourself. That's the hardest thing. Walk away. Close your eyes. Go to your parents and say. "Stop me before I steal this." If you do take the item, give it to someone and tell them to put it back. Leave the store. Leave the room.
Once you get into the habit of controlling your problem, you will see that it becomes easier to handle. And eventually it WILL be gone.
