am i terrible?

there is a guy that i like. and i am pretty certain that he likes me back. i get so ** when he ignores me and my signals. however the other day, i saw him in the hall and i could see him out of my periferals. but what did i do,i simply walked right by him! why did i do that. i realllllly like this guy, yet i am too scared to do anthing about it.
