I lied to my boss and told him that I had a terrible headache and couldn't come to work yesterday, because I was just really, really tired and feeling burned out. I HAVE HAD A HEADACHE EVER SINCE.
that always happens to me. when ever i call in sick (faking) i get sick the next day, the i have to go to work!
You probably stressed yourself into having a headache. I've done that a bunch of times. Take a day and go someplace new, do something exciting like skydiving. You'll feel recharged when you come back to work.
