I want a best friend

I just want someone to hang out with all the time, someone who I can laugh with and all that and share my love life stories with and all that. I had one but they quit talking to me for no reason. It just feels so hard and I don't think I have the capabilities to find someone like that again, who also sees me as their best friend and we're each other's #1 best friend.
