It removes stress. And afterwards you can think with a clear mind.

Some of the comments make me feel better about my life and how good I have it. Sometimes I'll be moved to reply and offer an encouraging word. Sometimes I learn something.

I also see that some people are really cold-hearted in their responses and have nothing better to do than make mean and vile comments.

Overall, I think this is a great site to share in what it means to be human, with our flaws and virtues.
