our toilet ALWAYS plugs up and i have to spend my time plunging it because no one else will. i always wish i had a handful of cherry bombs to throw down it.
you are not susposed to put cat litter down the toilet, it has water absorbing (and expanding) clay. Just toss it in the trash.
This might be more than your standard PMS. If it bothers you, why not talk to your doctor?
