I am a slacker. I have a good paying

I am a slacker. I have a good paying job and I sit around reading CNN, ESPN, Facebook, and reading confessions all day. When there is work to do, I put it in gear and my boss is always pleased, but I have a difficult time knowing that I could be doing more. It's like I'm allergic to focusing unless I absolutely must!

  • From one slacker to another, I understand. But you know why you have a "difficult time"? Because deep down, you have some sense of integrity. You know better. You know it's wrong to be paid for a job that you're not putting much into. I've been working harder and harder myself, although it's still a challenge. It's about fighting procrastination and the fear of failure. I just say the phrase, "I'm diving in....starting now." "Not whatever, but whatever it takes." Listen to that voice of integrity inside!

  • Hey, he's happy, your happy.

    we're all happy!

  • Me too!!

  • That's pretty normal. If your boss is happy, whatever.
