I am sorry that you feel this way. The truth is that you are doing it all to yourself. You give up the control the minute you give into the anger. You do care and that's is the problem. Not that you can care about things but that you hold on to whatever it is that bothers you. there are many people out there and if you truly love someone you will be happy for them to have other experiences. Love is not possession.
I hope one day you will be happy
