  • Sounds like you're just stuck. Take some time to figure out what you like to do. You need to find your passion and motivation. Work and School can take up a lot of your time, but what else brings you happiness in your life? Sometimes you have to just make time for those things. School isn't for everyone, but like the previous commenter said it can open doors. And it's funny, even with a degree you may work in the filed that you studied. Consider shaking things up a little bit..what about taking a semester abroad? Or take a class that's not in your field of study, join a sorrority/fraternity (Not sure if you are male/female)..etc. You're in your 20's, you should be having FUN!

  • It's normal for a lot of people. It was for me, and I had no clue what I wanted to do for a career. But, quite honestly, 40 years later, I wish I had stuck it out and gotten a better education. I let a great opportunity slip away. Now I regret it. My life went well, but it could have gone a little better with more opportunities and an easier way to open doors closed to people without degrees. That said, some people are just not cut out for college and find happiness in jobs that don't require degrees. Some even make a lot more money than degreed people. The key, I think, is to figure out what kind of work you would love to do and to get the education or experience you need to made that dream job happen. Money is great, but job satisfaction is far better in the long run. Good luck.
