SUICIDE IS PAINLESS.
Go to a hospital for an evaluation, and follow the steps till you get medication. Otherwise, just do it. Only you can help yourself. Depending on others to sympathize and 'save you'. You DO seem to be unstable so thats where the medication can help you cope.
