I work in retail and have many moms that come in that I deal with on a daily basis. But, some that come in seem to come on to me and it really turns me on. I was wondering if there were any older ladies out there that could relate or give me any good advice on how I should react or flirt back with these hot moms. You flirt back as you would toward any woman with respect and double entendre. If she escalates then you follow suit. Be patient but sooner or later she will subtly let you know if she is interested in more. Don't be shy but definately be confident, positive and funny if the situation warrants. Laughter is a strong aphrodisiac as is self assuredness.
