Raging Hormones

I don't know if it's because I've been single for so long or because I'm older now, but I am so thirsty. However, I don't want to hookup with some random guy at a party. I want someone I can trust, even if that's just a casual hookup. How does one hop on top of a guys lap and start making out with him? I am so awkward. I also don't feel comfortable having ** with anyone but my ex. So many bottled up hormones and no place to dump them
