today i decided stop craving for food and love.
i can't let these two things ** away my life anymore.
i want to get back my perfect toned body.
i want to get back my own self.
you can't just 'stop' you really have to be commited and seek assistance to achieving the goals you want - meaning, meet with a nutritionist, someone to help you work out, and heeling yourself from within, emotionally/mentally.
