Case in point: I have many female friends who are either bartenders or servers; The hot ones get the most tips, average ones ok or day to day, and, while nice, the not as hot ones barely make it. Guys with big wallets, who are served by a hot bartender or server, are more likely to cough up the cash for the hottie than they are for Miss Average or Miss Below Average.
The hot ones use guy's money to improve themselves, while the not so hot ones try to make due with that they have..Which typically isn't enough, in the looks department.
