My dad nearly died, thrice...
The third time I just stood there, had I had enough?
My mum was doing CPR, I just stood there... then ran to the top of the drive and waited for the ambulances and cried.
Everyone says how I helped save him that day, but it's one of the most shameful days of my life.
I cry my self to sleep about it sometimes, but I can't tell anyone.
Guys aren't meant to cry.

  • There is no shame in feeling helpless or scared. To overcome it learn what to do, like your mom who did CPR- learn that. In the next emergency you can be the one who can respond with purpose and not be afraid.

  • Who says we can not cry? Macho bullshit.
