I'd say do it. My company, years ago, wasn't known for hiring hot or beautiful women (they preferred the fat and middle-aged), but, did hire a counselor fresh out of grad school one year. An incredible beauty with back-length, curly black hair and great smile, she and I got along well from the start. Didn't take long for us to "start up" as they say.

We knew the company supposedly had a policy about dating, but, who pays attention to those? Granted, we were careful, but never let a company prevent us from having sx. And, just like yours.."Diana" was a bit crazy. Very...Intense, borderline nuts..Could tell sometimes..Grad school or not, you're not entirely sane, are you?

We kept it up until she left to open her own practice, and, no surprise..the company never hired another hottie again. I was stuck with the fat middle agers.
