Should I have a Devil's 3way with my bestfriend?

I'm a Married father in my early 40s, one of my best friends is divorced in his late 40s and he only dates woman around 20 years younger. About a month ago he texted me and asked if I would be interested in a devil's 3some with him and this tall blonde 28ish woman. I told him it was tempting but I've never cheated. Two days ago he asked me the same thing this time with a younger 24ish woman with huge **. I turned him down again. This time was alot harder to turn down but I was good.

The fact that its 2 women has me thinking it's not about the the woman wanting a 3some and it's more him wanting it. It could also be he knows I'm trapped in a sexless marriage and he's trying to get me some action. This is very plausible because he's been encouraging me to cheat for years. Thirdly it could just be that he dates freaks.

What should I do? Should I ask for more specifics and how would I phrase that? I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you.
