Guilty

Hi all, 13f here. This is my first time posting so please go easy on me. I'm from Hong Kong and my father's a pastor. All throughout my life, my parents have taught me how masturbation is wrong and ** is taboo to unmarried people. But yesterday, I did it for the first time and I feel so guilty now. I really tried my best not to ** but I did it in the end and I cried myself to sleep. I believe that I really need help because I keep wanting to do it now and it's very shameful. I feel really really sorry and conflicted because of this ....
