I am dizzy

I masturbated, then masturbated again in the shower for like a half an hour... now I feel really dizzy, nauseous and tired... it's been about an hour since I did all that, but these symptoms started after I got out of the shower. What's wrong with me??

PS sorry if my confession sounds a little weird, I can't really think straight right now cause I feel so sick.
