just another guy

i guess i made you into what i wanted you to be instead of what you are. i guess i created an idea of who i wanted you to be instead of what you really are.

i was wrong. you're just a guy and i'm just lonely. i wish i could tell you i decided not to try pot last summer because i knew you wouldn't do it. i wish i could know if you'd even care. it doesn't really matter though, right? you're just another disappointment. you're just another guy.
