I just heard that it is healthier to do
I just heard that it is healthier to do a #2 in the squatting position than in the upright sitting position.
I was stupid enough to give this a shot.
I actually got one foot on the toilet seat just fine, but the second one gave me a bit of brief. The seat slid to the side and my foot went into the bowl.
Not only was there water everywhere but when I tried to not fall I pulled the towel rail next to the toilet, out of the b***** wall!!! On top of this I ended up splitting my head open on the edge of the vanity.
So, if you hear of this from anyone .. make sure you are prepared .. or, just don't do it!!
