I assisted in reconstructive surgery once, where a women prisoner had been forced to perform oral ** on the patient & bit off the glans of her **, together with a fair chunk of the shaft & surrounding tissue.
Don’t know what was worse for her: the obvious agony she went through or the anguish she suffer knowing that her ** life was ruined.
None of us had much sympathy for her though!
