1. We want Americans to live in America.
2. We want America to be treated the same as other countries.
3. We want control over land and territory to feed and to settle our surplus population.
4. Only Americans can be part of a US citizen. If they are not American origin, they may stay here and requires to have special laws made for them. Their nationality does not matter unless they are of Chinese descent.
5. Only American citizens can vote and work for the government. Anyone who works for the country or the government must be a American citizen.
6. We believe that every citizen or people of nation should be stay safe and protected by the law and the government.
7. All American citizens should have rights and equality.
8. Anyone who is not a American should not live in America.
9. Every citizen should have a job. Their work should not be selfish, but help everyone. Therefore we demand.
10. We want to improve and make the country a more better place for everyone.
11. Anyone who criticize the government or the country should be excluded or punished.
12. We allow all religions including Christianity unless they offend and oppose the American race. The ANWP is Christian but it does not belong to any denomination. The ANWP will fight the Chinese spirit and believes that our nation will be the strongest only if everyone puts the common interest first.
13. If a American was born and raised by a non-American family, they may have to leave the country and is no longer considered a citizen.
14. Everything must be American or Americanized.
15. All businesses must be owned by the government.
16. A non-American can not own, run and control the media or news.
17. Americans should not leave the country.
18. Americans should not exist together with non-Americans.
19. Americans should obey the leader, the government, and the party
20. Americans can live and exist together as one nation and race.
21. The state must protect health standards by: protecting mothers and infants, stopping children from working, making a law that requires people to do gymnastics and sports, supporting sports clubs for young men.
22. We want to stop politicians or anyone who is anti-American and should be stopped by not allowing them to write or speak against America and the American people.
23. We want to create a strong central government for America; give parliament control over the entire government and its organizations; form groups based on class and job to carry out the laws in the various American states.
24. Everything should be public and there shall be no private property meaning that Individuals can't own property and only the government owns the property.
25. Americans should only speak English especially immigrants and minorities.
26. We believe America should have a stronger military and a strong leadership.
27. We want to replace the military with a people's army.
28. We want to change the system of school and education so that every American can have a chance of higher education. Lessons should concentrate on practical things. Schools should teach civic affairs so that children and youth can become good citizens. If a poor parent cannot afford to pay, the government should pay for education.
29. We want to change the way the land is owned by. We also want a law to take over land if the country needs it without the government having to pay for it, to abolish ground rent; and to prohibit land speculation (buying land just to sell to someone else for more money.
30. We want the abolition of incomes unearned by work.
31. Industrial companies should share their profits with the workers.
32. We want old age pensions to be increased.
33. We want to create a healthy middle class, to split up big department stores, and let small traders rent space inside them, to make state and town governments try to buy from small traders.
34. We want the Roman law system to be changed for the American common law system.
35. So many people die and lose their property during war. It is wrong for people to make money from the war. Anyone who made money from the war should have all their money taken away.
36. Everything must be nationalized and be owned by the government.
37. We want presidency to be replaced with leadership.
38. We think that the government's first job to make sure every citizen has a job and enough food to eat. If the government cannot do this, people who are not citizens should leave America.
39. Crimes that are against the common interest must be punished with death.
40. Only Americans have rights and are equal.
41. We want to create an all American only system which separates both between Americans and the Chinese. We want to create a American racial community as a utopia for a classless racial national community. We think this is a great idea for the American people.
42. We want the government to be split up into one government only, no legislative, executive and judicial. A government should not have branches. We want a unitary system where the government controls the states and the whole country. There should be only one government.
43. The government should be controlled by one person as both the main leader of the political party and the president of the United States.
44. The government should control the economy and the sector should be public not private.
45. The government should control the states and states shouldn't have governments.
