    shut up poster #2--don't you have anything better to do but make people feel worse than they already do?
    Stick with it, George W.! It'll all be over in January '09. Then you'll be free to go.

  • We can't control how people feel most of the time. Our parents can be disappointed in us and not give us the affection and support we need. A lot of our problems stem from our family of origin. That in turn can lead to impaired social skills, which in turn can cause us to alienate our spouse, children, friends, and coworkers. They don't like spending time with us because of our behaviour and attitudes and so we dive deeper into this cycle of feeling unwanted.

    Break the cycle! Accept yourself. Love yourself. Recognize that some or many people might not want your attention or friendship, but become the person you really want to be and over time, you'll attract people into your social circle.

  • --->found, sorry

  • Is this a possible rut you've foun yourself in. We all sometimes feel unwanted and not good enough. What are your hobbies, things you enjoy, people you miss, favorite clothes to wear? Maybe indulging in one or more of these things associated with happier times can help pick you up. And if it's a person who has inflicted this distress: F*** 'em! You can do better!
