Gift Envy
I just graduated and my friends are talking about gifts. I have this same problem at the holidays, too, and I hate it.
My dad only ever gets me cheap things that I don't really want. Sometimes I tell him exactly what to get me and he ignores me, so then I have to buy it afterwards anyway and it's just an inefficient waste of money and fills my room with stuff I don't really want.
I know I should be grateful, but I can't help but be jealous of my friends getting more money than me and new laptops and stuff when all I get is disappointing.
