Im shy and dont know what to do about it...
I'm a 14 year old boy and im shy, ive been this way since i was 10. I'm going to high-school now and im wondering if im always going to be this way? I have friends and I don't mind making any new friends if the opportunity strikes. Its just i dont know how to be outgoing and funny. Im worried that i will left behind and bullied during my high-school years if i dont change. Is there anyone else like this?
I am occasionally shy, although my friends wouldnt describe me as that. If you want to be outgoing. ACT outgoing, then at some point it will come naturally.
take Tae Kwon Do classes....or you will be picked on...
