I definitely DO NOT think you should marry this guy, much less have a baby at this point. Marriage is a serious commitment - a lifelong commitment - and you don't know how the two of you will last 3 months in an actual relationship, much less for the rest of your lives.
You sound like you have some doubts about him, pay attention to that. Get your life, yourself and your relationship figured out first, and if he's still there and supporting you, then you can talk about a next step.
