I'm a guy who wears long leg spandex in public. I like showing off my body. I go to places women tend to gather like coffee shops. I will spend hours walking around downtown always trying to be seen by women. I love the looks and comments that i get. Does this make me weird or sick. I just can't stop it.

Absolutely not ! I enjoy the same thing, walking around showing my mantoe for all to see ! Once I got half hard in a small coffee shop full of women. It was exhilarating the looks and attention I got !
Spandex leaves less to the imagination...
I suggest low rise jeans.
