The girl that I'm in love with thinks that I hate her.
All the advances she made towards me I denied cause I was her boss. I realized how much of a mistake I made not at least staying in contact when I left the state. I think about her every day.
I'm too chicken ** to try and fix this and get one more chance with her.
In retrospect getting my heart broken was the best thing that could have happened to me.
I think it shows a lot of character to deny her because you were her boss. That shows that you are a respectable man, and that you didn't want to take advantage of her. It is totally wrong (and usually against the rules) to date an employee of your own! Good job on the morals! I think if you put it to her like that, she may be up for another try!
