my therapist believes i was sexually abused as a child. I remember this one time I slept over at my moms boyfriends house. I just remember i woke up and the sheets were sweaty. what the ** happened to me?

Go to a different therapist and dont say anything about what the other therapist said and she if that therapist say anything you getting sexual abused.

If that's all the therapist is basing his belief on, then find a new therapist.
