Renters kid

I was a boy of 18, a family rented a house from my dad that had a 17 year old boy. We weren't buddys, but did hang out togather some. They only rented the house for one month, on the last day there were there I let him ** me. I liked it, and knew he did too, but have had mixed feelings since then, and it was six months ago.
