I went out on a limb the other day and gave a guy at work my phone number... Now all I can think about is how stupid I must have sounded. "Call me if you want to get to know me." Argh. It was the first time I've ever been brave and made the first move.

  • i was born to adore you, as a baby is blind to it's mother

  • Most guys find that attractive, because they are just as afraid of rejection (if not more) than we are!
Ahh, my apologizes then, I do know what I am saying, but my imposter(s) doesn't/don't wish for tohers to believe so. He/she/they are attempting the act of "defemation of character". - GG

  • To the OP. Good for you. Really this isn't a big deal. Women do this alot. Just think of it like this. You were fine before you met this guy and you'll be fine if he doesn't call. And if he doesn't call then on to the next guy, his loss. But at least you won't be saying would if i had asked him out.

  • ^ Because then no one knows who they are talking to.

I did it for the convenience of others, but they just ended up abusing it. :/

  • ^In order to avoid your comments being misunderstood, why not post them ANONYMOUSLY, so there cannot be any imposters?

  • ^ok listen up cockfag I was replying the comment where you (or your "imposter") said "I really don't know what I am saying" so I wrote "then shut the f*** up" because I figured if you don't know what your saying then why the f*** are you sayin it. Its simple here dude, think carefully of what you want to say, type it, and click on the "submit comment" button. Its a secret website not rocket science.

  • ^ You truly believe that comment was made by myself?

A "half-destroyed instrument" is a person who's potential has been half-destroyed by society's sexism, and has caused the person to be an instrument of society's sexism.

Men being expected to make the first first move in relationships is just sexism; "gender roles". The OP has made one move closer to breaking free form the state of being a "half-destroyed instrument".

  • ^then shut the f*** up

  • I really don't know what I am saying.

  • It's not that bad, relax and good luck!Hope he calls!

  • OP, you have made a step towards negating your state of being a "half-destroyed instrument". Well done.

  • Now you feel how many guys feel about initiating something similar. Relax, I think it's great that you are brave to try it. It is hard to put yourself out like that.

  • Most guys find that attractive, because they are just as afraid of rejection (if not more) than we are!

  • I think that's hot--I wish more women would do that.
