honestly- where in the bible does it say being a homosexual is wrong?
because i never once saw anything about it, and i was raised a christian. all i saw was leaders of churches spewing hate speech. it made me sick. no one should be judged that way.

The sections of Leviticus that those prohibitions show up in make interesting reading. For example, in those chapters, every single verse before and after the "no gaysd" verses deals with foreign religions. And if one studies, it turns out that a lot of old semetic religions had having ** ** with a priest as a way of securing some of a god's magic for good fortune.
Those verses weren't about gayness in general, they were about gayness as a magical rite as practiced by Yahweh's foreign competition! So as long as you don't have gay ** as a magical rite, the Bible has nothing bad to say about it. (In fact didn't King David and the shepherd Johnathon have this flamboyantly gay romance?)

And the only way I see it and it's said a lot. "God created love" people choose to judge other people casue they don't like the things their "SUPPOSED"to like. Just cause you don't see the same ** attractive doesn't mean other people don't. You live your own life so stop worrying about other people's live's. If your not doing it or don't like it, keep it to yourself. Some people do find it wrong but you don't hear them preaching about it. It's the life they live and it's none of your business. So all of the Christians have no proof that you are not born gay and all of the gay people have no proof that you are. Do any of you ever do research for yourselves or do you just listen to what you hear on tv.

There's plenty of "proof" of the genetic basis of homosexuality--we find it in virtually the same percentage of the population across geographic, ethnic, and cultural boundaries, and in most of the higher primates. That can only happen because of biology. But, of course, genetic predisposition doesn't dictate behavior, so to some extent gay ** is a "choice." But as I said above, who ** cares? A bigot is a bigot, no matter what book you quote. Ancient prejudices don't justify modern-day discrimination.

The bible does state that female homosexuality is wrong. And what proof do you have that we are born gay? There is none because we aren't. It's funny how people hear something on tv and then run with it as fact. And they choose to be gay for the same reason somebody chooses to sell drugs. The same question can be asked Why do people choose to sell drugs if it's only going to land them in prison or dead. But you are certainly not born a drug dealer.

The disciples weren't homophobic--they were gay! They followed an attractive young man around, kissing and hugging, bathing his feet, letting him feed them from his plate, and ultimately agreeing to "eat him" as a way to really get to know him...it's the gayest religion in the world!
