So I am an off duty cop when a prostitute walks up to my car. At first I thought about letting her off with a warning but when she got closer, I noticed just how pretty she was. After a small haggle over price she climbed in and I ** her. At the end she was asking for money, I pulled out my badge and she ran away.

If true then confirms my lack of faith in the police force. No backbone. Lower than average IQ. Looking after their own prejudices.

I think your story is fiction. Haggled over the price, but did not get the money first? Even if you were not a cop, you could just decide not to pay after, anyway.
