Too sensitive?

Every time someone yells at me, I feel like crying or do cry. Or if someone is upset and I can't do anything to cheer them up, I feel useless and want to cry. If I accidentally put someone in a bad mood, especially from being a little honest, I'll feel like crying.

It makes me feel weak and pathetic.

How can I develop a tougher skin? Why do I even bother?
